when i go to fix some one rank on the edit Acct it keep poping up Passwords dont match and i have to reset there password everytime why is this going on ?
This is a weird issue with firefox constantly trying to autofill the password for you. It's Firefox trying to be helpful, but not succeeding. This is a known issue, and is getting fixed. The workaround is to click "Change User's Password" and just delete the contents of the password box.
