If you're finding that you can't upload things, don't sweat it. There are some permissions changes currently being propagated throughout the media servers. If you're not able to upload logos, backgrounds, and the like, don't sweat it. You'll be able to change that stuff very soon.

We could wait until those changes are finished to re-enable the sites, but I'm sure you'd rather have access to your sites than have wait to be able to upload stuff.
