I am trying to establish who can and can not upload the GRSS on our web site. Before I announce it can be done, I'd like to know if it is permissionable and, if so, what that permission is called.

Any help appreciated.

There is no option for just uploading GRSS data, you'd have to give access to the feature "dkp"

I'd very much like to see this option though.
