People who are approved know because they get the stuff. Currently the only way those that are denied are notified is if either an officer tells them or mails them. Would simplify the process.
People should be able to see their own RFI history on the RFI page. Admins can see it at the very bottom of the RFI page (after all the administrative stuff).
