I often find myself postponing account approvals until I figure out who it is that I am approving. The names people choose to login to the site with are often different from their characters name and they are not yet a member of the guild. Yet as much as I look at it no where in the Account registration process is there a place that asks them to identify the Main Character in the guild or why they are applying for an account on the site. Is there anything you can do about this?

Could set it up a question when applying. Whats your WoW charachters name?

Or require them to use their char name as their account..

We deleted anyones account that was not listed in guild...

Ya, this is how we doing it also. Account name must match ingame name or I delete it.
