I follow the instructions for link this video to our forums as per the BBCode Guide but it does not work, any ideas?

no no no....you're combining two things.

You either do it as [gvi[i]deo]3606035755684306251[/gvideo]

or as

htt[i]p /videoplay?docid=3606035755684306251

The problem, however, is with the fact that the parser doesn't know video.google.ca (the canada version).

I'll get canada support added. But for the future, you should only post it as the URL. You don't need the tags.
