When entering DKP the other day it seems I must have entered it twice or something because its showing everyone recieved thier items twice and got DKP for all the bosses twice. I used the inacturate button and it didnt help so I was going to go ahead and fix it manually. What im wondering is, if I use the same upload (I have it saved to a file) Can I reenter the DKP once again and use negative numbers to even out the last time it was entered? Can you enter negative DKP by using say (-20)??

No need to go at it that way. You can just delete the duplicated data. Admin > DKP > Items Received to delete the duplicated items, and Admin > DKP Raid Attendance to delete the duplicated snapshots.
