This is because the current version of GRSS doesn't ignore Emblem of Triumph.

To fix this until a newer version is released:

- Go to your GRSS folder (WoW directory/interface/AddOns)
- Open the file called GuildRaidSnapShot.lua with notepad (note: there's also a file called GuidRaidSnapShot.lua~, this is not the right file)
- Search for: GRSS_LootIgnore =
- It should be in the first couple of lines.
- Add: "Emblem of Triumph", anywhere in the list of items that comes after GRSS_LootIgnore = {

Hope it helps. I had to do this for Emblem of Conquest as well when Ulduar was just released.
