Is there a way to give my officers the ability to view this page:

They are able to see apps in the forum but, I want them to be able to use this page to manage the applications instead of the forums. I have given them full admin privileges but the only way they can get in there so far is if I was to give them my password. which I dont want to do, and defeats the point.

You've likely got the link on the menu blocked to those ranks.

Head to Admin > Menus > Menu Administration, then edit the "Applications" link that's currently disabled. You'll see the current minimum rank is "Temp Admin." Un-disable it then update the minimum rank.

You will also be able to delete the "Applications for Review" and the "Temp" menu items, since those will almost certainly be unnecessary with the "Applications" link restore.
