I made a custom rules page, the html isnt the prettiest but for some reason the right side menu is all messed up on that page alone.

When tyhis happens, it just means that your HTML either 1) Has unclosed tags, or 2) Has too many closing tags, such that you've closed layout tags.

I'm looking at your page now to try find the exact problem.

You were right, and the code was such a mess. I redid it just now and everything is fixed. I will try to be a little more self reliant in the future before I come screaming to you that I have messed up something or cant figure something out.
