How do I get progression (showing which bosses have been downed) to work properly with various instances, like ZG, MC, ETC. I have it showing up, it has two bosses...and I thought it was automatic from using GRSS, but it's not updating.

You can add progression manually using a "custom menu" and defining the contents in HTML there.

I'll be adding a more automated progression system in the near future.

Bottom left...that ZG box. How do I update it or get rid of it? I don't recall doing anything to make it show up there.

That bottom left box is being created by the "guides" section of the admin menu.
