I'm wondering if there's a way (or if there's not, is it possible?) to make maintaining the site easier?

Here's my issue...

We've been using DKPsystem for a while now, and over time our guild has seen members come and go. Is there an easier way (than 1 at a time) to prune the website accounts? Like pick a group of accounts (maybe through check boxes) and delete them. Or pick a group of accounts and demote them to "non-member" or something similar.

Don't know enough about the programming to know how easy it would be, but some sort of mass-update would be nice for the maintenance end of things.

As always Chops, I know you'll provide a valuable answer!

Afterthought-
It would also be nice if the raid sign-ups, when someone chooses that they will NOT be able to attend, also has a "note" field. Alot of members choose the "late" field when they're not able to go, just so they can give a reason why they won't be around. Don't know if other guilds see this as much, but we get a couple with each raid.

Thanks in advance,

The notes option is coming for all signups, as it's a popular request.

The account management could use some mass delete option.
