does my site have a bandwidth limit? and can I embed music on my site? I looked but the ones I seen were java and needed .js files

For bandwidth, I'll recommend this response.

When it comes to music, yes you can add streaming music to your site. The recommended approach is to look for a "Flash MP3 Player" that you can embed on your page, or build into a popup window - either will work, but setting it up depends on each player itself.
