Description:
We have event signups on our site (cbr.dkpsystem.com) that, as far as I can tell, only people of rank Raider and higher should be able to sign up for. However anyone who can view the sign up can in fact sign up for it.
If I set the event to be only viewable to rank Raider and higher, that works. But we'd like everyone to be able to see what we're doing.

We are not using the advanced layout, which seems to have caused similar problems for people in the past.
Are we the only ones with this issue?
