I am trying to find a way to make it so I can see raid % regardless of when someone joined my guild. Currently I can only see the % of raids they have made since joining.

Is there a way to make it so I can compare the total number of guild raids vs the number of raids a guild member has been in regardless of their start date?

There is.

You would have to make a custom DKP field.

Admin > DKP > Custom DKP Columns

Then add a new one with the formula:

100*(raids/totalraids)
