Hi, I love using the Raid roles for signups but about a week ago, they stopped showing up. We now only see the classes again. I did not do anything to change it back and roles are still set up, just not showing in the sign ups. How do I get the roles back?

Once signups close roles go away and it defaults back to the listing by class. Check your template for your raid and make sure it is still set to use Roles. A couple of things I have noticed. If you have a profile for an event set to roles but you make and event and then copy to simply change the date or start time the copied even will default back to class. When scheduling an even you should always have the option to use Class or Roles.

I have another question about roles/classes. If I convert a raid from classes to roles then any signups that have already occurrec show there there are (2) signups but not who they are so they can be assigned a roll.

Is there a way to accomplish this short of starting over?

I love this by the way. Roles are so important and they can be filled by multiple classes.

I think that is a limitation of the system because you can have more than one role for a class and more than 1 class in a role. If you have raid predefined you might not want to change them. I would just make all new raids going forward use roles.

If you use the Event Categories you can make a template for each raid type so that all you need to do when making a new Karazhan raid is choose that as the category and then a lot of other things are already filled in for you.
