A month or so ago I had the feature of the forums canceled from my website yet it still shows up at 70 dollars on my billing info. According to the pricing from the basic billing plus the loot system, which should only total 50 dollars...any help?
Hmm... Looking at the history, I see an initial $50 purchase, followed by the upgrade for $29.99 on June 21st. The 29.99 was refunded the next day, and so there should be a single transaction for $50 (or two transactions for $29.99 one positive and one negative). There was never a $70 transaction for your account. Are you certain you're looking at the right transaction? The name of the billing company would be "Sigma Star Systems."
