This particular layout does not have the menus on both sides (the WoW based one, anyway).
To make it work that way, would require tweaking the HTML of the layout, not just the CSS, I'm afraid. But, the current layout at least gives you a good starting point.
The reason I didn't do it initially was to make it was portable as possible (tolerant of low resolutions). While with the "DKPSystem.com" layout, I was able to make the auto-move-left option work, I did not attempt to do that with this layout.
