Can we add approval notes in to the signups. The late notes are nice for people to communicate to us why they will be late or until what time.

I'd also like Approval Notes so I can say .you are approved for this boss and this boss, but you switch out with this guy at this boss.

Also, if people could just add a note to their sign up without it being designated as late. maybe rename late to note or the ability to call it a note.

Approval notes are a good idea. As for the notes for non-late, I was pretty sure I did this. I wonder if I somehow inadvertently disabled it. It's a priority to get this restored.
