I was thinking that either a box to show who is in live chat or the box that shows who is online to show where they are at could be helpful. I think we'd get more use of the Live Chat feature if we could see at a glance who if anyone is in it.

Actually this is the one thing it does show. I have made a post on our forums to let people know that when someone is in Live Chat that it will show (chat) beside their name in the "Who's Online" box.
What I would actually like would be a way to alert/page someone to ask them to join chat.
