I am using a standard drop in template, but what I would like to do is to modify the top bar to show the next 5 events. Any ideas on how to do that?

For that, you'll have to dive into the Code a bit, but conveniently, it's pretty easy for this particular thing.

In the layout file, you'll see a commands like <!--System:NextEventTime--> and <!--System:NextEventDate--> and a few others of the same vein. You'll be able to delete all those and replace them with just <!--System:Next5Events-->

I am using the Pure Black, I think. It worked itself out though and I didnt have to change a thing.
