Is there no way to change the thread tag that someone has assigned to their post?

Sorry, not following you.

I tried adding <!--System

ageDesc--> in a couple of places but don't see any options to change a thread's tag.

I got it now. I think the page was just really slow in updating yesterday evening. I tried multiple times, and after 15mins or so ... but it works now!
