Sorry. The server is running a little slow right now (getting a lot of traffic), it should take though. If you haven't, you could also try downloading the latest version of the GRSS (there's an updated GetGRSSDKP.exe that doesn't time out as quickly).
Otherwise, you can manually download the file by going to http://<yoursite>.dkpsystem.com/luadkp.php and saving that file as GRSS_Data.lua (and placing it into your GuildRaidSnapShot folder).
