Description: Have had this happen for the last 3 raids we've done. After the raid, when I went to upload the shapshots for the raid, the site didn't show any available shapshots to upload. Had to go back and adjust all dkp on the site manually for time/bosses/loot. Very dissapointed after it worked so well the first week or so that I was using it. : /

A few questions:

1) do you use Windows Vista?
2) Has your WoW client crashed or exited immediately (Alt+F4)
3) Are you making sure to close WoW before uploading?
4) Are other users experiencing the same problem on your site? (as a guideline, you should always have more than one person running the mod)

It's all in the reflexes.

1. No, Windows XP Homer version.
2. No again.
3. Yes, normal exiting through the menu option.
4. Yes, I normally have 1 other person running the mod in our 10 mans as a 'back-up' and he's been experiencing the same thing.


Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Any suggestions on correcting it?

Happened to me but then I realised I wasn't /reloadui before I tried to upload the raids. Been fine since.

That's worth trying out. Trying typing /console reloadui in WoW, and then minimizing before uploading.

I'd do this with a sample raid (just you and one other person, then type /grss test).
