Is there a way that I can make all new accounts have to be approved by myself? We are getting people creating accounts without approval and I would like to put a stop to this so I don't have to continually go and delete these accounts?

If you go to the Website Accounts link in your Admin panel, there is a check box at the top that says "Authorization Required to create account". Go ahead and check that off.
