Toons with none standard characters in name not updating correctly

Description: I have a toon that has a none standard character in his name, the account updates sometimes but not all the time. This is with both the mod and manually uploading the profile. Toons name is: Søulcatcher (that is suppose to be the o with the / through it)

I also have 2 charcters that are not updating either way. the names are Ráine and Nitesháde. All my other charcters are updating except these two. I tried deleting Ráine and readding it when i typed in the name Ráine and hit create it changed it ro Rine.

I would appreciate a quick response if possible. Thank you

Could you upload your DKPProfiler.lua file for the characters in question?

yeah it let me upload them manually but they just didnt update.

I'm running into the same problem with a toon named, "Ungräteful".

My other toons are updating properly and the .lua file for Ungräteful is being created and updated. The Uploader reports that the file has been uploaded.

It doesn't update if I upload the .lua file manually either.

The ticket hasn't been closed but this appears to have been fixed...

this is yet to be fixed. My character name is Nitesháde still does not upload.

Blast, I thought I had fixed it. Thanks for letting me know. I'll get this fixed.

I have similar problems with two characters.

Names are: Tètris and Tróy.

God I hate them for making those names, but thanks if you can sort it out Chops.

I've also had problems with the character name Aerikà (character has since been deleted, but it was a pain while she was still there). It always showed up as AerikÃ

I have one more member who is messing up for me with this:

Name: Lólindir

A wird thing is also that when he signs for an event it shows the name right, but once I approve any in that event his name gets screwed and I can't do any to it. >.<

For an example you can check out the black temple run on the 17th.

That is very unusual indeed. Thanks for the date of the event, I'll see what I can uncover.

Hey Chops,

I still have a problem with our member called Lólindir.

As above the o with ´above it shows as a square and can therefore not make the link to the ingame character when using the dkp mod.

I hope you can fix this.

It will accept the manual upload but the profile is not updated.
