The page is not readable as of tonight. I've tried changing the template back to the one we had chosen to no avail.

Update
As the morning has progressed, it has flickered in and out so it may just be a site issue. It's gone from no formatting, to broken links and fragmented formatting and now appears normal about half of the time.
