for some reason, im having members claim they cannot connect to the site, it just shoots them back to the dkpsystem.com site.
yet others claim it to work just fine, can you give me any idea on what i can tell them? thx!

If they are going to mortifybellum.dkpsystem.com, your address is highlanders.dkpsystem.com

Hmm...I can't seem to reproduce the issue. If some of them could post here, or even call, I could try to troubleshoot the issue more specifically. Generally speaking, there are only two reasons that one might be redirected back to the main DKPSystem site.

1) Incorrectly entered address, ie: highlanderz.dkpsystem.com instead of the correct highlanders.dkpsystem.com

2) Using a domain name that is not configured in the Full Domain Name section of the site (ie: if you had highlanders.com, and had properly set the A records, but had not entered highlanders.com in the Full Domain Name section).
