Description: I have a set of raid events that are viewable by \"Non-guild Member\" but only allow signups from our lowest rank (one above non-guild member). Today one of our friendly non-guild members pointed out that he can signup for our events. Whoops! Any thoughts on this? I triple checked our rank system, his rank, the event permissions, etc. Everything looks right.

There is certainly some weirdness going on here. We also have members who cannot sign up for some runs, even though they DO have the right rank to signup.

Suggestions?
