I must have something wrong but not a clue to what it is. Server status is showing up but it is definatley down. So it can not be working right. Server is set to proper one in admin as I just double checked to make sure. Any one have any ideas?

Yes it is, does that mean they can possibly have the server running, just not accessable?

I think I misunderstood the question originally, but sometimes the servers will report themselves as being "up" when you can login to your account and get a realm list of all offline servers.

Try checking it against http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/realmstatus/ and see if there's a discrepancy.
