I ran the /grss guild snapshot command about two weeks ago. The import worked, but it seem to disassociate several member accounts as a result.

What is the recommeded way to update a guild roster with new characters and identify characters no longer in the guild.

I just ran a quick test of it to make sure that it wasn't disassociating members from accounts, and it didn't, nor is there any code to disassociate members from accounts.

I'd say, give it another shot (make sure to get the new version of the GRSS), and try it again.

That method is most certainly the recommended approach to maintaining your guild Roster accurately.
