Description: I selected a new drop in template to try it out. We ended up switching back after everyone looked at it. A lot of people are now reporting errors that a lot of the site only shows up as a white screen with random things all over it. I do not have this problem, but everyone else seems too even after restarting/reloading/and cleaning up cache. I have seen this error a few times, but not all the time like others. Thanks in advance!

Their CSS file is cached as the old one. Just have them press "Reload" or "Refresh" and it'll work itself out. If that doesn't have them clear their cache and close the browser, then re-open it.

I am having this same exact problem and the refresh/clear cache did not work for me unfortunately. I switched to a few different temps and now everything is white as well as loading incredibly slow. I'm using Firefox and running Vista.

Anything else jump to mind on how to fix this?
