There is one in the works, but it's a little slow as we're waiting on securing the rights to use certain images. But the one in the works will be awesome.
I know when I was putting together a makeshift design for my kinship, I asked Turbine about image rights and they simply said, anything that is taken from their website is okay to use because they themselves are having trouble with image rights. That's why they don't have a fansite kit.
