I was trying to find an answer for this, but after every raid me and a few other officers have to remove all the 0s from peoples names so they get full credit on the DKP listing. I've noticed it generally happens to the same people everytime (some in the guild, some not) and happens for each snapshot on a raid.

Basically, the same person will have the checkmark by their name saying they were on the raid, but for the manual DKP entry next to their name they have a 0 preventing them from getting anything. Any ideas on how to fix this or if its a common problem?

Head over to the "Destinations" and for each destination, make sure that their rank is getting the proper ratio of DKP. If it's blank, it'll give zero.

Also, because it's a total pain to edit each individual Destination, I'll be adding a "quick destination editor" allowing you to quickly edit the ratios and points for destinations in one page. That'll save some time for the future.
