1) I cannot see who is signed up for raids. I can see that there are 9 people signed up...just not the toon names.

2) See Attachment. This is now what my website looks like, as of Tuesday. I don't know if it is because my job blocked the site where my background and pictures came from (I thought it was the Admin File Uploader, but it could be photolava) Since this is the only place where I access to guild site from (and admin it)...I would like to make it look as intended so I see what everyone else sees. The site is almost unusable. Any hints?
See if you can load this at work:

http://dkpfiles.com/durabilityzero/style.css

If not then that's your problem. You're not getting to the CSS which tells your browser how to make the site pretty again.
Man, I was afraid it was something like that...because some of the featured sites won't load right either. But this site loads fine.

Is there anyway around it?
They have blocked pretty much ever warcraft related site out there...

Maybe they are trying to tell us something lol
Is this also why the raids signups are partially hidden? I can see new people's signups but not old ones...like people that signed up for this weeks raids last week.
For the last few months I've had the same situation as you, dkpfiles.com was banned so my CCS wouldn't load. It should have nothing to do with your sign-up issue. It sounds like that may be related to those people not assign their role on their profiles (DPS, Tank, Healer). If you are doing event signups based on roles (which I see you are) and the character's role is blank they seem to be hidden until their role is assigned. At least I think that's what's happening, it's done that to me anyway.

Try making sure you've filled out your own profile with a role assigned and do some testing to see if you show up on the sign ups?

But be happy that you are only having issues with dkpfile.com being banned. Yesterday my work banned my entire guild's site. Now all I can do it check it on iPhone. Not fun!

It's definitely not an easy fix from the Guild Operator side, especially if you're using a template.

Chops could potentially do a simple DNS fix to resolve this for you (and others). He'd have to create a cname in DNS that points dkpfiles.dkpsystem.com to www.dkpfiles.com and then update all the templates to reference the new DNS name instead of www.dkpfiles.com. That should help since if you can get to dkpsystem.com you should be able to get to dkpfiles.dkpsystem.com. My guess is that www.dkpfiles.com tends to be dumped into an uncategorized bucket in the proxy filtering engines since there is no homepage providing categorizer drones quick reference to decide what kind of site it is.

The other option on your side is to use a proxy-avoidance proxy. In all likelihood this won't work though if your company is already doing filtering... proxy-avoidance is one of first categories most filtering systems have defaulted to block.
See here on your profile: http://durabilityzero.dkpsystem.com/memberprofile.php?memberid=604

Under "Preferred Role for Events:" you have it blank, try filling it in. And ask your members who raid to do so as well.

You can manually fill in people's roles when you create a scheduled raid as well, which will make them visible. And DKPsystem seems to make some assumptions, for example warlocks are always DPS. But, like I said before, if you leave them blank... usually you can't see them after wards.

Oh and this is only if you are pre-approving members at the event creation screen. If someone signs up later and enters their role they will be visible.

Chops: Last time I looked there is a problem with Death Knights, they have no defaults set so it is impossible to manually assign them a role, they should be able to be DPS or a Tank.

The above problem is all kinds of fiddly, would it be possible to add a column for characters who have signed up with no role attached? That way this issue of hidden players would be alleviated. Especially since once the event is created with some players with no role they can not be selected to edit afterwards to add the role.

On second thought I don't think this would work anyway as a cname. You'd have to do an A record pointing to the same IP as www.dkpfiles.com, otherwise the client browser will eventually be asked to resolved www.dkpfiles.com and the proxy filter will block it.

Unless your host for dkpfiles will allow you to point another DNS record at the same IP. That would only work if you have a full server to yourself. If you've got shared hosting it probably won't work.
Lots of different stuff going on in this thread.

About the Dns issue: for the moment, you'll have to deal with it. Most of the places I've seen Block by IP address, which cannot be solved by the Cname issue. Instead of the dkpfiles.com address above, try using 208.100.30.214 (that's the current address of dkpfiles.com). If that does work, then it's NOT blocked by IP, it's blocked by domain name.

If it doesn't load (as suspect it wouldn't), try modifying your hosts file to use 208.100.30.200 as the address for dkpfiles.com, as it SHOULD work. Bear in mind though, that that address is not guaranteed to always work for DKPFiles.com, and it may (and has) changed in the past.

About the signup issue, I deployed a fix for this a few days ago which should have fixed it. It may not show for past events, come to think of it, but it should be working for active signups.

About the Death Knight not having a role, head to Admin > Schedule > Roles, and make sure you give Death Knight the roles you want it to have. None of that is hard coded as you suggested. A guild has the power to change which classes are eligible for which roles (ie not allowing pallies to signup as tank, for example).

Finally, the default role is not necessary. It's purely optional, but it makes things easier for bot the admins and the users themselves.

It's all in the reflexes.
Oh, well would you look at that, "Role Administration" is kinda handy there isn't it? Thanks for being patient with us Chops!
