It's looks like a text encoding problem. Try changing which encoding your browser is using until you can (hopefully) see the character. In Firefox that is under the View menu. Most websites are either Western or Unicode (UTF-8).
I visited your site http://delusionguild.dkpsystem.com/ with my encoding set to Unicode and I could see your name correctly in the roster. So, hopefully it's as easy as that to find the solution.
