Hey everyone, i have a been looking to make a portal page so when people click the link to my site they get a front page with a image they have to click in order to get to my news section of the forums. Here is a random link of a dkpsystem site that does exactly what im talking about.

I have been having issues trying to figure out how im able to do this. If anyone can give me a brief description of how i can get this started it would be much appreciated.

This is actually found in Admin > Layout > Splash Screen. It's an HTML file you would upload to make it do what you want it to do.
