Hello, I'm working on a FAQ and I'm curious what questions you guys would think would be useful to answer.

Good question. That functionality went live only a day or two ago. As an admin, there should be an "Upgrade Service" button near the top of the Adminstrative Panel. I'll be sure to throw that in the FAQ soon.
