Hello, I'm GM of our guild. When we went to upload DKP last night after raids we noticed that a player, named Cappueada, was showing up in pink (Like he was a new player). He has been in the guild for months and months, but suddenly every detail about him is gone.

Is there anything that can be done? We are not sure what happened, or why he is suddenly gone from our dkp. (Again this is evade.dkpsystem.com)

-Edit, I went ahead and submitted the raid which I guess added him to the system, but his history prior to that is what I'm hoping to fix.

I will check this out tomorrow and recover the character for you if it was indeed deleted.
