Maybe I'm missing something, but is there a way just to send the newsletter to one rank, instead of chosen rank and above? I would like to send a reminder newsletter to members that have not been logged in within 30 days. I made a rank for inactive but I do not want to send it to everyone above that rank, nor do I want to move that rank to just under guild master.
