Maybe I'm missing something but the snapshot data is not making to our dkp system. I got all the boss popups during the raid and it did record who received items but none of the awarded dkp is being displayed. I've read the guide multiple times and can't find where I'm making a mistake. Any help?

To be sure, are you doing the "Upload GRSS Snapshots" step, that is, head to Admin > DKP > Upload GRSS Snapshots. There you can upload the data from in-game to the site.

Thanks, I just had to make sure. Looking at your upload history, I currently see one uploaded raid snapshot (Admin > DKP > Raid Attendance).

I'm a little stumped by this one.

The "standard" responses to this is typically:

1) Make sure you click the "Submit these raids" at the bottom of the last page (the page with all the dropdown boxes)

2) Make sure you don't uncheck the boxes for "Record this raid" (as that forces the snapshot to be ignored)

3) Make sure you've logged out of WoW before uploading your snapshots.
