On a whim I logged out of my web site to see what newcomers would see. What I saw was the application, but no class information. Is there a setting I am missing to make these visible to the general public? If so, where is it so I can change it?
The classes that are showing are for the "Old Membership Application", while the new "Membership Application" doesn't have any class information associated with it.
Head to Admin > Characters and Accounts > Applications and Recruitment, and you'll see you have two different applications. Click [Recruiting] next to "Membership Applications" and you'll be able to specify the recruitment statuses that way.
