Trying to create or edit the ranks but I don't see the option to do this anymore.

Do you not see the Admin > Security > Ranks section? This is a feature reserved for the super admin, and any accounts labeled "Full Administrative Privileges".

Refresh me please, what is your site's address again? Then I can check the configuration for you.

Yeah, you would have to have "Full Admin Privileges" added to your account. Currently, your "Rogain" account on the site does not have that capability.

The Super-Admin will have to edit your account to add that functionality, then you'll have the permissions to change the ranks.
