Ok, this is frustrating. I'm the site administrator and I want to add a second DKP system for new content that is coming to LOTRO. I have looked at the FAQ's, and despite being Admin I do not have the Create DKP System option available to me in the Menu Admin section of the site.

What am I missing? My initial impression is that this site is not very intuitive, but I reserve the right to receive most of the blame because of something I have just overlooked.

Sorry for the confusion, that function had been moved a bit to declutter the Admin menu.

If you head to Admin > DKP > Loot Systems. There you can add a second loot system.
