Is there any way to recover a deleted thread on a DKPSys site's forum? Or is it digitally shredded forever?

I can look through the backups to restore a thread for you.

What is the title of the thread that was deleted, and when was it deleted?

We're working on a better solution to recovering lost threads that doesn't require looking through backups.

On the Aotp.dkpsystem.com forum system, there's two topics about 10-man alt raids and the thread titles are surrounded by ~~~'s.
