Is there a way to re-size the hidden alert button. I have been trying to find a way to do it. I found how to move it but I want to make it bigger so that the guild master of my guild who is not that familiar with this site can see it easily when he logs in. Thanks.

Yep.

You can edit the CSS and add

#notifsmall{
	font-size:24pt !important;
}

That'll make it pretty big and hopefully pretty hard to miss.
