Seeing how my website is tracking both my members in WoW and members in SWTOR. A lot of us are using the same character names as the ones from WoW. But when you try to edit anything you get the message of "The [Character Name] exists already" anyway around this so that we can still have the WoW information there?
This appears to be a issue that is random. As I just created a clone for another character and have no issue. I will report back if members state the issue is still there.
