I cannot seem to find the option that allows comments on blog posts. I know that you can because the forum is there for it, but I just can't seem to turn it on or at least click a link on a specific blog to add a comment to it.

You'd think, eh?

Blog comments are actually currently disabled, but will be reactivated soon (the blog functionality is actually slated for a bit of an update).

I know it's a little counterintuitive right now

Ha! Admittedly, I've been on the fence about the blogging functionality. It needs an overhaul, including the addition of comments.
