We want to keep using this drop in but the New post visual color that changes the thread that has a new post is stupidly bright white with a hint of green, and you can hardly make out the thread topic and such.

Could someone tell me how to change or if you need to internally change it so its more to the blue theme. maybe making the background of the topic thread a light blue or neon blue border?

The CSS rule to look for to make changes (if you want to plunk around in the CSS file, that is) is ".newlist1" and ".newlist2"
