If grss is set to auto which is default and take screenshot which is also default then when ever you kill a boss you will know the mod has done its snapshot because your guild UI panel will open.

Yes today the transactions are not automatic in the Upstream direction. You must go to the admin menu under the DKP section click the link titles Upload GRSS Snapshots. It is pretty explanatory on each step but I'll out line it a little.

If you have wow loaded in it's default directory the files are stored in something like the following:
C: \Program Files\World of Warcraft\WTF\<youraccountname>\SavedVariables
Your looking for the file labeled GuildRaidSnapShot.lua and if your in the right place you'll also see a .bak file.
When it is uploaded and parsed you will have a screen of loot and boss kills that defaults to checked. There will be a link button to upload these. That will take you to a screen where you can assign points for each boss manuall, assign them by associating them with a destination, and deduct points for loot recieved.

Points to note. If you have not initialized your Destinations I would suggest doing this first. This will make uploading snapshots much more stream line. Chops has a pretty nice HowTo in the Articles. I'd suggest reading. Planning your Loot System and Building your DKP System if you haven't already and then read the one on the In-Game DKP Mod.

Six Demon BagRefresh This Item
Jack Burton: Hey, what more can a guy ask for?
Egg Shen: Oh, a six-demon bag!
Jack Burton: Terrific, a six-demon bag. Sensational. What's in it, Egg?
Egg Shen: Wind, fire, all that kind of thing!
The mod will take a snapshot of your guild as you play. It doesn't require anything special, just as the game goes, it'll update.

Then, every few days, try uploading the file to the website, and it should show you. But it doesn't automatically update the website, it just automatically takes guild snapshots and updates the file. You still have to manually upload the roster to the website.

Is it under timer, or is it triggered but certain event, such as Invite, Boot... and such, or is it triggered by opeing the Guild screen. I used to open the guild screen, then upload.

Off the top of my head, it's triggered both by Kicking and Booting, as well as the internal event that notifies the client that the Guild List as updated (think of when you open the guild list, then there's a bit of a delay, and the list changes)

This sparked a thought which I'm sure you already considered...

In the application that you run to get your in-game addon up to date:
1 add a mechanism to set your guildraidsnapshot.lua file location on your computer
2 add an option to (at the same time) update your guild roster
